Anti-corruption and integrity safeguards for judges in practice

This indicator focuses on the implementation (de facto) of the regulatory anti-corruption safeguards for judges. The criteria include the transparency of the selection, appointment and promotion processes for judges, the existence of standards of conduct and ethics advisory bodies, compulsory training, public availability of information regarding complaints procedures and the use of electronic case management systems.
