Public availability of data

Assessment of government websites or portals to determine the public availability of data from both disciplinary bodies and the justice system in administrative and criminal cases. The indicator also includes minimum standards on access to information regarding the public availability of case decisions. National authorities are asked to provide reference to such datasets. This is validated by the OECD. The number of datasets below that are proactively disclosed online in a user-friendly manner and in an open data format is assessed.
