Openness of government decision-making

Review of documentation provided by national authorities regarding the procedures and practices for decision making at the level of the Government (Council of Ministers or equivalent).
All agendas of formal government sessions have been made publicly available online prior to the session within the latest full calendar year.
Records of all decisions agreed upon at the government sessions (minutes) are kept.
Ministers’ agenda are made publicly available online, on their respective ministry website or aggregated on one government website, and specify who was met by the minister, in which capacity, and the topic that was discussed during the meeting.
The government office or public communication or spokesperson’s office communicates with the public regularly (during or after each government session) on the key decisions adopted by the government (on the government website or at a press conference).
