Public availability and accessibility of enforcement data
Review of websites, portals and published documents of enforcement bodies to assess availability and accessibility of enforcement data to the public. National authorities are asked to provide reference to the data in the criteria below. If there is a central oversight body producing a summary report then this is taken as the source of evidence. In a decentralised system, information is requested from all ministries. All data refers to the latest full calendar year.
The criteria are based on the United Nations Convention Against Corruption and the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
