Whistleblower protection within the justice system in practice

Review of whistleblower protection standards and mechanisms based on Principle 9 of the OECD Recommendation on Public Integrity, the 2021 OECD Recommendation of the Council for Further Combatting Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, the EU Directive 2019/1937 and the Recommendation CM/Rec(2014)7 on the Protection of Whistleblowers. This indicator seeks to measure compliance with minimum standards on internal reporting mechanisms and protective measures of whistleblowers within the justice system.
