Adequacy of infrastructure for exchange of enforcement data

Expert review of procedures, mechanisms and instruments to assess the infrastructure for exchange of enforcement data between administrative disciplinary bodies, criminal courts and prosecutorial institutions, and enforcement agencies. National authorities are asked to provide reference to procedures, mechanisms and tools that meet the criteria. This is validated by the OECD. The criteria are inspired by the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) 2016 Guidelines on How to Drive Change Towards Cyberjustice.
