Anti-corruption and integrity safeguards for public prosecutors in practice

This indicator focuses on the implementation (de facto) of the regulatory anti-corruption safeguards for public prosecutors. The criteria include the transparency of prosecutorial appointments and dismissals, the existence of compulsory training and advisory bodies, the public availability of information regarding complaints procedure and the organisational set up of public prosecutors offices.
