Submission rate of interest declarations for national judges

Review of information submitted by judicial authorities regarding conflict-of-interest management. The rate represents the actual number of interest declarations submitted as a share of all obligatory submissions for national judges during the last calendar year, expressed as a percentage. Only national judges are included. Only general interest and/or asset declarations and financial disclosure schemes are taken into account, not ad hoc conflict-of-interest declarations pertaining to specific situations (e.g. declaration of conflicts of interest to the head of jurisdiction for judicial officials). If data on this indicator is not collected, the value is “not tracking”.
